In 2022, the ICRC regional delegation for Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay continued to respond to the humanitarian needs of the people and communities we help.

The infographic below provides an overview of our work in 2022 in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay to reduce the impact of armed violence on communities, help migrants get in touch with their families, alleviate the suffering of the relatives of missing people, ensure fair and dignified treatment for people deprived of their liberty and promote international humanitarian law and international human rights law.
