Life in Nablus amid movement restrictions

In October 2022, the city of Nablus suffered from one of the longest and most severe periods of movement restrictions many residents have seen in years.

This had a direct impact on vital aspects of their lives, including freedom of movement, livelihood, and access to basic services many need daily to survive.

We spoke to some residents who were affected by the movement restrictions to better understand the challenges they had to face during that difficult time.
